Friends:

P.S. I'm totally not surprised of theres noone bothering to read this far down!

  • Loren, Jacqui and Hayley - Fluffy slippers packed full of lollies and other bits including a candel, deoderant and necklace.
  • Kelsey and Ellen - A great big box wrapped in newspaper and full of shreaded paper which I had to search through to discover my presents! These included, a home made muffin (which was really nice, but I squashed it opening the wrapper), those twisty things which are kinda like plistic ribbons, a rainbow feather duster (which is apsolutely awesome!), and apple, a pet rock with no eyes :-), some earings and a necklace, a jewlery box and I'm sure there's tons I missed, but I can't think of them rite now. Anyway it was so much fun opening it! :-)

P.P.S. If you got this far down this post your a legend, and go read the next post cause its so much more interesting and far more worth your time!

Party time!

It was my Bday a while back, and I had a chocolate party on Saturday nite! We did an amazing race thing round Howrah and Bellerieve, then went back to my place for games and food! It was awesome! I decorated the garage really well, with blankets and streamers and fairy lights and everything! I even vaccumed it :-)

My team came third in the Amazing Race. It was really close between us and Ellen's team the whole way, but then Hayley's team went and found there last clue and won, while the two of us kept searching for ages. We only lost in the final sprint up the hill! Jacqui and Loren lost cause we sent then the long way :-)

Back at my place - Pass the Parcel. On each layer was a dare. Here is louisa opening the parcel with her mouth!

The last layer - 'Give the parcel to the person who can do the best chicken dance' Kelsey won :-)

This was a chocolate taste test game. Like on MasterChef when they have to taste the herbs. Except your in pairs and one of you can only look and the other can only taste. Loren and Lucinda (in this pic) struggled the most!

And here you have the good old chocolate eating game! Roll a six and you can stuff yourself full of chocolate!

Plus you have to wear funny clothes and use a knife and fork!

Jacqui.

This one was good. Chocolate moose eating! The thought of moose is still making my friends feel sick! In this round you had to shovel moose into your partner's mouth while they shovelled it into yours.

Messy? Totoally!

Round two! The members of the two winning teams played off as individuals. But with no spoons! This photo makes Mum feel sick ;-)

Smarties + Straws. You have to move smarties from one end of the room to the other but you can only touch them with a straw.

Lucinda was awesome at this! I think she's done it before!

Isn't that a cool cake? And the smell of it! So chocolatey...

Hayley and Alicia (these are people photos now)

Loren and Lucinda

Liana

Lots of 'L' names here!

Ellen. Thats nearly an 'L' name!

Liana, Hayley, Jacqui and Ellen :-)

Group photo - The theme is feet.

P.S. you might remember Ellen - she's the one Jarvo through a water bomb at on Grade 8 camp. You might remember Kelsey too - she was there aswell!

Holiday... phase 2

At the moment I am half way through our two frantic days at home; unpacking and washing and shopping and re packing and stressing out (well, thats what Mum does. The rest of us try to keep out of her way because other wise she starts screaming and yelling - even if we were trying to help!)

Anyway, over the past week of so we have done lots and lots and lots!

On Christmas Eve we went up to Launceston to spend the night with Poppy - Dad's Dad. It was cool - we went out to eat at this food court place in Lony and I ate way too much and then we got ice creams for dessert!

On Christmas morning Mum made us stay in bed till six :-( spoil sport. Chrismas is the one and only day of the year that I think getting out of bed at 5 in the morning is realonable. The twins came into my room at half past five anyway, so we listened to Christmas music on my Ipod until six.
At six me and the twins were wide awake and excited and running around screaming Merry Christmas at Mum and Dad and Poppy. Then we opened pressents!
Rachel thought six in the morning was way to early to get up - even on Christmas :-(
She didn't want to open presents and she didn't want to have her photo taken.

Eventually Ray decided that seeing as she was awake she might as well open her presents. She opened her one from me first - which BTW she loved. But she wouldn't give me a hug. Everyone else would!

For Christmas I recieved...
From Mum and Dad -
  • A beach bag
  • An Ipod charger
  • A doona cover
  • A digital photo frame
My sisters gave me -
  • A really cute soft Elmo and a home made lolcats calender (from Ray)
  • Jewelery (from Beck)
  • A book - Grace by Morris Gleitzman (From Kez - though I guess you worked that out, seeing as she was the only one left! :-)
I gave my family some pretty cool stuff too -
  • Ray - a 1000 piece puzzle, a home made Twilight quiz book and a photo of her bf (thats boyfriend, not best friend - though I think its the same thing for her at the moment!)
  • Kez - a sand blasted glass plaque (which I made), Snake by Sols commic books (really cheap of Ebay) and a snake calender
  • Beck - A sand blasted glass plaque, Garfield commic books and a dolphin calendar
  • Mum - An mp3 player and a home made word quiz book thing
  • Dad - A ski biscuit (cause I wanted one) and a fire poker I made in the forge at school - its really cool cause it looks like a mega dangerous weapon.
I think the ski biscuit was the coolest pressant any one in my family got this Christmas :-)
And I'm really bored after writing those lists; so I won't be at all surprised if you've gone to sleep while reading them - but please wake up now and keep reading!!!

On Christmas Day we drove up to Ansons Bay to spend Christmas with my Mum's family.

Mum's family includes my 95-year-old Grandfather who is doing really really well still! :-)

On Boxing Day we were still at Ansons Bay with Mum's Mum (grandma) and her husband Peter. It was his birthday, so he had a cake. My sisters decorated it while I was out fishing - Ray made the cray fish!

The day after boxing day we were still at Grandmas. Ray came out fishing with me and Dad and Peter and together me and Ray caught 25 squid! 25 squid! all on the one line cause we only had one squid jig.

The squid took forever to clean. :-(
We left Ansons Bay and headed to Lake Leake that afternoon.

From Lake Leake we went to fish in the Swan River for a day. We spent around two hours there before we gave up.

It was a perfect day.

Beautiful sunshine.

Beautiful water.

And, eventually, one beautiful, lonely, fish. We oly caught two and we had to throw one back cause it was too small. But the nice weather almost made up for it!

My little sister with her perfect tan and her perfectly flat tummy kiaching at Lake Leake.

Me and the twins enjoying the water at Lake Leake.

My whole family enjoying the water at Lake Leake!
Those three swimming photos come from three seperate days. The weather at the shack was amazing!
While we were at Lake Leake we also spent a night wih Dad's sister and her family in Davenport! It was really cool cause I hadn't seen them for almost a year!
We spent New Years Eve at Lake Leake too. We stayed up till midnight; dozing, reading, watch ing TV and playing cards. Then at midnight we set of some really cool fire works! Cause it was the last time we could leagally use them :-( It would have been so much more fun with James there, though.
But, all in all, I've had a really good phase two of my holiday. The only thing missing was the Morleys (especially James) and they'll be joining us half way through Holiday: Phase Three!

My B'day

Its my B'day 2day!!!

And I got lots of pressies and I had a great time last night and I wish it was my B'day every day!

So...I'm 14. It isn't really a big deal. Like, no-one really makes a thing out of 14. Its not a scary age, its not like when you turn 13 and everyone's going on about how you're a scary teenager now. Believe me, you're a teenager WAY before you turn 13!

Yesterday I got my ears pierced as a pressent from Mum and Dad. I've got these pinky-purple, hexagon-shaped (I think) stones that change colours in different light. They're really pretty. And it didn't hurt much at all.

Yesterday evening I went to zone 3 with my family and my two of my best friends, Jacqui and Hayley. Zone 3 is this really cool laser game where you run around shooting everyone else and capturing their baces. Its really hard to explain, you actually have to play it to understand. But anyway, that was a ton of fun.

Me and Jacqui and Hayley eating before we went to zone 3

My Lemon-Merange-Pie Cake from after zone 3 last night.

Today has been fairly relaxed. I had to go wake my family up at 7:15 to get them to give me pressies. And after that I went to church and I've spent the afternoon looking at my pressies, especially the mp3 player. But I havn't even told you what I got!

Me looking at my mp3 player in bed at around 7:30

Me opening pressies thismorning.
This is what I got...
From Mum + Dad; my ears pierced, my mp3 player and Taboo, which is a really fun game about thinking outside the square quickly.

From Ray; Alvin and the Chipmunks on DVD, a high bounce ball and a wonderfully, awazingly, good picture of a rabbit (done in pastel)

From Kez; music earings, coloured studs and marble chocolate

From Beck; black-gold mascara, eye shadow, blush and this really nice sparkly lipstick
From Grandma; money.

From Aunty Julie and co; a gift voucher (btw, thanks very much for that! I'll thank you in person if you call me, but I'll thank you here anyway)

From Faye Pilgrim @ church; Ferrero Rochers

From Lauren Bosveld; a pen
From Jacqui; a head torch (cause mine died on the overland track)

From Hayley; a really cute cat ornament and a growing towel (you put it in water and it expands)

From Lucinda; something. she's bought it, but she hasn't given it to me yet

From Boost (the smootie shop) - a FREE large smoothie!!! That would normally cost over six dollars!!! Just cause it is my b'day!!!

And here is a photo of it all! (but not the boost smoothie, cause I've eaten that)
